About the Book and Journal

On April 1st, 2005 I began writing a letter to my great-niece Ashley, telling her the lessons I learned in life that taught me strategies for how to successfully navigate it all.

Eventually the letter became a book and journal that I published and gave to her for her 8th grade graduation present.

She's now in high school and planning to join me on her summer school breaks, to help me teach these strategies to other young people.

The 110-page, colour-illustrated, 9"x6" book, is double-coiled bound with laminated covers, making it durable and easy to write in.
